1: Clean the metering part in time after stopping the machine. For example, the packaging is granulated sugar, salt, fertilizer, etc. What certificate is required to clean the feeding tray and turntable every time to prevent corrosion.
2: For the heat sealer body, it should be cleaned frequently to ensure that the texture of the seal is clear.
3: The photoelectric tracking light head, that is, the electric eye, should also be cleaned regularly to ensure the small error of the cursor tracking.
4: The scattered materials on the material tray should be cleaned up in time to keep the parts clean.
5: Clean the dust in the electric control box regularly to prevent faults such as poor contact. The transmission and moving parts must be inspected and tightened within one week of use for newly installed machinery, and the oil must be regularly inspected and maintained in the next month.
Basic maintenance:
1: Quantitatively check the screws of each part of the packaging machine to avoid loosening.
2: Pay attention to the waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and anti-rodent of the electrical parts, and the inside of the electric control box and the wiring terminals must be kept clean to prevent electrical failure.
3: When the machine is stopped, the two heat sealing rollers should be in the open position to prevent the packaging materials from being scalded.
4: Quantitatively add oil to the meshing parts of the gears of the packaging machine, the oil hole of the bearing with a seat and the moving parts of the packaging machine. When adding lubrication, please be careful not to drop oil on the transmission belt to prevent slipping and loss of rotation or belt aging and damage.
