1. Classification of flour packaging machine

1)1-5kg VFS Powder Packing Machine
This VFS flour packing machine is suitable for all kinds of powder material packing from 100g to 5kg. 2)25-50kg Auto bagging machine
Auto flour bagging machine is suitable for 25kg-50kg powder materials.
Auto bagging machine line have the single spout bagging system. At high accuracy and low dust during filling are assured by using a vertical Powder Auger Elevator with dosing cone. The screw of auto bagging machine adopt the gross weight, have one load cell on the bag clamp, then the bag lifting up and filling, it can control the dust also will solve the sticky problem, because the powder filling in the bag directly by gross weight, and accuracy control within ± 0.2%. Then the bag is sealed by a Stitching Machine.
According to the different ways of feeding bag, it can be divided into Rotary Premade Bag Packing Machine and Semi Automatic Powder Filling Machine
1)Rotary Premade Bag Packing Machine
The packaging bag of rotary premade bag packing machine is prefabricated bag, the bag type is usually stand-up bag and zipper bag , packaging weight is 100g-2kg.
Rotary Packing Machine can be equipped with powder auger elevator or Powder Vacuum Conveyor. Generally there are 8 stations or 10 stations
2)Semi Automatic Powder Filling Machine
Semi Automatic Powder Filling Machine is used to load the bag manually, Spiral (auger) feeding and pneumatic strobe complete fast and accurate metering. Most of the powder packaging is used for heavy bags. Usually equipped with sewing sealing machine or heat sealing machine. The advantages are low cost and simple operation.
