What is a secondary packaging machine?
Secondary packaging machine is also called multi baler machine. Refers to the equipment that completes the primary packaging of the product and then performs the outer packaging. It is a fully automatic process that automatically loads the products output by the upstream vertical Vfs packing machine into a woven bag or composite film plastic bags and sewing the package according to requirements (arrangement form, quantity, etc.) Packaging process.
Secondary packaging machine is mainly to complete the fully automatic packaging process of neatly loading the already packaged small bag products (500~1000g) into composite film plastic bags or premade woven bag. Sewing or heat sealing according to the requirements (form of arrangement: single or double-row horizontal grouping etc.) so as to realize fully automatic operation from small pack packaging of bulk material to packaging of big bags, save input in manpower, material and financial resources, reduce production cost for customers as well as improve production efficiency. This unit is widely used for packaging of powdery and granular materials like rice, washing powder, salt, sugar, seeds, beans, pet food, milk powder, etc. and is the first choice machine of many large companies for secondary packaging.

Secondary packaging machine for premade bag
1 Packaging range: 150g ~ 1000g sachet products;
2. Packaging Materials: premade paper bag, premade woven bag (lined with PP/PE film)
3. Packing speed: 5-15 woven bags / min,( 40-100 pouches / min)
(speed slightly changed according to different products)
4. Ranking form: single row laying and double row laying

Double silo secondary packaging machine
Max speed: 110-120 bags/min(Double station)
